Confidentiality is the foundation of how Trivie Business Brokers works. This page explains, plainly, what we collect through this website and how we protect it.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the consultation form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and your message. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not run a cookie banner because we do not set marketing cookies.

How we use it

Your information is used for one purpose: so Lee can respond to you personally and confidentially about buying, selling, or valuing a business. It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside Trivie. When a transaction involves another party, nothing identifying you or your business is disclosed without your consent, and qualified buyers sign non-disclosure agreements before any sensitive detail is shared.

How it is stored

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored securely. Access is limited to Trivie. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Accessibility

We want every owner to be able to use this site. It is built for keyboard navigation, screen readers, sufficient color contrast, and reduced-motion preferences. If anything is difficult to use, please tell us and we will fix it.
